Unlock Insights and Funding at the DD2 Research Seminar

DD2 - Danish Centre for Strategic Research in type 2 diabetes has announced an upcoming research seminar. This seminar will guide attendees on how to leverage the unique DD2 cohort for their research and secure funding for their projects through the Novo Nordisk Foundation.

Participants will have the opportunity to connect with leading Danish and international experts in type 2 diabetes, enhancing their understanding of impactful research methodologies and outcomes using the DD2 cohort. A special emphasis will be placed on generating interest in the DD2 cohort among new users, particularly young researchers eager to utilize this rich resource.

To support early career and young researchers, the Novo Nordisk Foundation has established a new DD2 Research Grant, aimed at fostering innovation and exploration within the field of diabetes research.

The DD2 cohort

• Includes over 12,500 individuals with type 2 diabetes

• Has been the foundation for more than 90 publications
