Completed doctoral defence – Marte Narum

On October 16th 2026, Cand.med. Marte Narum (Institute of Clinical Medicine, University of Oslo) successfully defended her doctoral thesis entitled “Discovering success factors for surviving with type 1 diabetes for more than 45 years without coronary artery disease: The Dialong study”. Her supervisors were ODRC members Kari Anne Sveen (MD, PhD) and Tore Julsrud Berg (MD, Professor).
